摘要：纳瓦罗是美国对华鹰派代表人物之一，其主张的强制技术转让、贸易战等，已转化为美国现今对华贸易政策。为反驳其错误主张和看法，本报告重点探讨其反华思想产生的来源。

Abstract：Navarro is one of the representatives of American hawks against China.His arguments such as mandatory technology transfer，trade-war against China had been adopted by the US White House.This report explores the root of his anti-China arguments.
