调料 精盐2大匙,味精1小匙,白糖100克,酱油1大匙,老汤1000克,五香调料包1个(葱2棵,姜1块,小茴香10克,肉蔻8克,八角2粒,陈皮、草果、香叶各3克)。

3 干腰豆放入清水中浸泡至软,捞出沥水。

4 锅中加入适量清水,下入腰豆烧沸,煮约5分钟。

5 捞出腰豆,放入冷水中过凉,沥净水分。

3 放入腰豆,用小火煮约1小时至腰豆熟烂,捞出腰豆。
