The project innovatively launches the business combination taking “Hilton International Five-Star Hotel + Shopping mall + Grade-A Office Space + Twin Tower Apartments” as its core, which becomes a new business card of the financial square together with the landmark buildings. Therefore, the architectural appearance should have a sense of power and visual impact. The architectural design for the main tower building and Hilton Hotel takes the lighthouse as its prototype to build lighthouses representing hope and confidence through carving up the architectural forms as well as attaching the texture conforming to the image. The commercial tower with a benchmark height of 213m and an area of 500000m2rises to the top of the financial district's core. The apartments are built in the shape of sailing boats, which not only echoes the theme of the whole financial square but also highlights the strong position of the main tower building and Hilton Hotel, piloting and setting sail for South China Sea financial square surrounded by lighthouses.

广州南站商务区是《珠三角十二五发展规划》四年大发展重点项目之一，是广州市未来5年走“经济低碳、城市智慧、幸福生活”新型城市化发展道路的重要战略部署和组成部分。项目设计将中轴东广场由单一的景观空间打造成集交通、商贸、景观于一体的复合型立体空间，“千年商都”的文化脉络贯穿其中，成为这座千年商邑的现代符号。地下空间定位为“岭南名产品牌百汇，千年商都历史走廊；旅客消费服务中心，城市特色展示窗口”，结合地面一层开敞空间，打造极具特色的西关风情中庭，使沉闷的负一层空间获得良好的采光和通风，增加消费体验的舒适度，提升商业空间的附加价值。

Guangzhou South Railway Station business district is one of the four-year development key projects in “The Twelfth Five-Year Development Plan for Pearl River Delta” and an important strategic deployment and component of Guangdong's new path of urbanization development in the next five years—low-carbon economy, urban wisdom, happy life. The project changes the East Square in the central axis from a single landscape function to a complex three-dimensional space function integrating transportation, commerce and landscape. The introduction of the cultural context as a “millennium commercial city” which runs through the planning becomes a modern symbol of this millennium commercial city. Moreover, the underground space is orientated as “Lingnan famous brands Bacera, history corridor of the millennium commercial city, service center for tourists' consumption and display window of city characteristics”. The design also makes use of the open space on the first floor to create Xiguan style atrium with distinctive characteristics, which makes the dull basement full of good lighting and ventilation, increases the comfort of consumption experience, and enhances the added business value.

Taken the Central Park in New York as the blueprint, the project introduces the scarce resources of the green in the city center to build a high-end life community for urban elite just like that in Manhattan. The project plans to create a 200m interval which is rare in our country, making the gardens and buildings coexist in harmony. Its luxury villa position as twin cities urban ecological building king is self-evident. The introduction of the leisure theme to create style blocks joints with Aeon Mall as well as South China Sea gate duplex business. This mode of “mall+street”strengthens the guests' consumption experience. Furthermore, the use of terrain elevation difference makes block buildings scatter high and low, which enriches the landscape and creates favorable business climate.

新凯广场的塔楼外观设计源于清雅的莲花。塔身笔直干练、层次分明、将禅意美学与现代建筑相融合，堪称高速发展的南海中一个气质优雅的商业地标。新凯广场的裙楼通过形态风格不一、晶莹通透的玻璃盒子营造了“旗舰商业街”的繁华与热闹；时尚摩登的建筑造型搭配适当的商业广告，洋溢着浓郁的商业气息，虚实变化有度，有别于周边大型商业中心的传统模式，堪称现代体验式商业综合体以及佛山绿色商业建筑的典范。

The appearance design of the Joypark's tower buildings stems from the elegant lotus. The body of the tower buildings is straight, skillful and well arranged which integrates the Zen aesthetics and modern architecture, making it become a commercial landmark with a graceful temperament in high developed South China Sea. The podium buildings of Joypark reflect the luxurious effect of “flagship commercial street” through crystal and transparent glass boxes with different, forms and styles. The fashion and modern architectural modeling, together with the appropriate commercial advertisement, creates a unique commercial popularity center with a strong business climate and regular virtual and actual change, which is different from the mode of surrounding large-scale commercial centers. The project aims to build a modern experiential commercial complex and a landmark of green commercial complex in Foshan.

CAPA开朴建筑设计总部设在美国马里兰州，2003年进入中国深圳并注册深圳开朴，于2011年收购深圳艺洲建筑工程设计有限公司。艺洲是1993年经中华人民共和国建设部、深圳市建设局批准成立的全国首批民营建筑事务所之一，拥有中国建筑工程设计甲级资质，公司在广州、合肥等城市均设有分公司。
