1. 用电饭煲把土豆蒸熟,筷子能顺利插进去即可。

2.取出去皮,压成泥。

3.趁热加盐、黑胡椒和切丁的火腿。尝一下,如果咸淡合适,再加面粉,搅拌均匀。

4.放凉,用手抓一球,在两手间抛来抛去,最后压成饼。

5.电饭煲锅底加一点油,按下煮饭键,把土豆饼放进去,盖上盖子。翻面,待两面煎到金黄就可以了。
提示:电饭煲的内胆相当于不粘锅,不要用铁铲,会刮坏表面的涂层,用木铲就不用担心了。

茶叶部分,很多人用铁观音,我个人喜欢用红茶,我妈妈给我做的茶叶蛋特别好吃,就是用的普通的红茶叶。调味料的量也按你自己的口味调整,这里的用量比我平时吃的咸一些。

1.电饭煲里加水没过鸡蛋,加一点点盐,盖上盖子,按下煮饭键。水烧开之后再煮5分钟。

2.把煮好的鸡蛋用冷水过一下,捞出,把蛋壳敲出裂缝,这样更入味。

3.把带裂缝的鸡蛋放回电饭煲,加入A组(可以把材料用纱布包起来)和B组,盖上盖子,按下煮饭键。
4.等煮饭键弹起,拔掉插头,自然放凉。一定要让茶叶蛋再浸泡一晚,这样才会入味。天气热的话,自然放凉后再放冰箱冷藏存储。(如果用一般汤锅,水开后还要用小火煮30分钟以上,同样要浸泡一晚。)
