1.迷你碗注射模

说明:1.本模具采用一模两腔,热流道注射成形,斜导柱、斜推杆机构侧抽,以及推杆顶出、复位杆复位的总体结构。
2.模具动作过程:物料经注射、保压及冷却后,动、定模分开,开模过程中,斜导柱15驱动滑块4完成侧向分型,开模后,注射机顶出机构带动推杆固定板10、推板11上的斜推杆7、推杆9顶出制件;当合模时,滑块由斜导柱驱动复位,推出机构由复位杆完成复位合模,准备下一次成形。
3.为了更好地防止模具热量的散失,经常在动定模底板与注射机模板接触面处安装绝热板。
